Inox 18/10 stainless steel is an austenitic stainless steel commonly used for kitchenware, cookware, food contact equipment, decorative panels and general fabrication. "Inox" means stainless steel, while "18/10" refers to the approximate chromium and nickel content: about 18% chromium and about 10% nickel.
