UNS C70600 is a copper-nickel alloy containing approximately 90% copper and 10% nickel, with trace amounts of iron and manganese. It is commonly referred to as a 90/10 copper-nickel alloy. This alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, anti-corrosion properties, and resistance to biofouling in seawater and other environments. It demonstrates good corrosion resistance in both clean and partially polluted seawater and bay water, and is widely used in heat exchangers in power plants, desalination plants, and petrochemical plants that utilize seawater.
